We couldn’t be happier with her representing us

I am on the board of a nonprofit charity in Indio and recently we had a potential HR problem that could affect the entire board. Karen Sloat was recommended as an attorney who specializes in nonprofits and HR issues. Ms. Sloat was very responsive and met with members of the executive committee in a very timely manner. She listened to our concerns, understood them and then put forth a number of options, the consequences of following each option and what she would recommend. We decided that Ms. Sloat’s recommendations were the best and followed her advice, which proved to be correct. She followed up and made herself available for any additional questions or concerns we might have. This greatly relieved the anxiety of the board and we all felt that we were in competent hands going forward. We couldn’t be happier with her representing us. Thank you, Ms. Sloat.
