Karen’s approach to resolution is one that instills confidence. She is prepared, has thoughtful follow-up questions for myself or my client, and her insight into what I may not see that I should be seeing is always appreciated. More importantly, I know she is doing the same to “the other room.” That is why I always throw her name in the hat. I know at the end of the day she’s given everything to move both sides towards each other to get the deal done.
