Biography

Monique Ragheb is an Associate Attorney in our Workplace Solutions department, where she assists employers with a wide range of labor law issues. Ms. Ragheb works to ensure employers comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, and collaborates with businesses to develop, review, and update workplace policies that foster fairness and professionalism while minimizing legal risks. She prepares our firm’s employee handbooks and develops Workplace Violence Prevention Plans for employers.

Ms. Ragheb guides clients through complex personnel issues and represents employers in pre-litigation disputes. She empowers employers with knowledge and tools to make informed decisions, preventing potential claims and advancing their company’s mission and long-term goals. Her proactive approach safeguards businesses and supports a healthy workplace culture that drives success.
