Biography

Craig A. Sterling brings over 23 years of litigation and trial experience in California, having headed numerous jury and bench trials across various practice areas, with a focus on wage and hour disputes. As a Sloat Law Group Partner and Supervising Attorney of our Litigation Department, he plays a key role in shaping the firm’s litigation strategies with our wonderful and talented team of attorneys and paralegals.

Mr. Sterling represents employer clients in complex wage and hour cases, including class actions, and in individual actions involving all types of employment disputes. His deep understanding of California’s labor laws allows him to provide comprehensive legal support, ensuring clients effectively navigate compliance with laws while minimizing risk.

With a long history in pro bono work and a lifelong dedication to service, he continues to volunteer at his church and in the community while maintaining a strong commitment to giving back. His past involvement in international humanitarian missions, alongside his family, further reflects his enduring dedication to helping others.
